31st december was kinda a big day for me. although i didn't spend it my girlfriend but at least i got to spend it with pink stiletto and some of my close friends.....~

woke up and rushed to bath. had to meet band at 1015 at JE. but oh well. i wasnt that late in the end..i think. headed to beat merchants in fadhly's car.
11.00am
reached beat merchants. jammed for 2 hours. met derailed, goin to share the stage with them on the 13th of january at nyp (dont forget to come ah..~~) well, we practically focused on 4 of our songs which we were goin to play later in the day. quite tiring. but had lotsa fun.

finished jamming, decided to have lunch at jurong point. banquet. haha. had japenis food. i loike...~ whahaha. i already felt nervous then.

reported at boon lay cc. had to drag all our instruments up and down the stairs. tired sey... met up with the organizer, maxie. i think din liked her...haha.

waited at the mainstage for our soundcheck. had to watch some middle age people rehearsing their stupid dance and singing act. crappy sey...but i like the cheerleaders from ngee ann, magnum force is it ? think they're kinda cool...jumping many many. and this hip hop dance thinghy...okay, ah, im not of a hip hop fan. but i think they're good. then after that...comes our soundcheck. Vic wasnt too happy with the drumset being the high level player that he is...oh well, who wouldnt. carlos cymbals ? kwang kwang kwang.... for me. i think the bass amp's okay. but it had too much punch and i wasnt too sure on how to manipulate it. oh well. nehminds ah.

our sound check ends....kinda long eh for a soundcheck...hehe. so we had to report back to the holding area for the performance. had imitation nasi lemak. which had only white rice fake nasi lemak sambal.

we were ushered to the vip area backstage. and the countdown for 2006 at boonlay has already started....there was alot of people sey...i was surprised that the crowd didnt only consist of ahpek and ah mahs...haha. at this point of time. i was nervous to the core.

its our set...wah, nervous sey...but somehow, i felt like a rockstar....hahaha. seriously sey, with the crowd and the lights. " semi finalist of the yamaha asianbeat competion" kembang sey when the emcee said that haha...so we began our set. played invasion, people like you, 7 bubbles and dont sweat the little stuff...which i screwed up at the intro...haha. after that, waahh....people kept completing on our band sey...its nt that im action or wad ah...but really sey, macam rockstar...haha.

after our set...i separated with the rest at the bus stop. ad called, asked whether i was goin to yans place. so i was, and she tagged along.

so, we went to yans place. wasnt there for long...then headed back home. the hot dog was nice....good job yan.

reached home...had my shower. played dota. tot of returning to yans place. but...
